Thin and crusty long loaf, with a perfect balance between the crust and a soft interior, "la mie (the crumb)".

  • We make our own grain mix and let it soak for a long time in water, then mix it with the dough.

  • The multigrain has a great nutty flavor and crunch, perfect toasted or fresh for sandwich or as a dinner roll.

  • The crust has a rich texture due to the combination of the seeds, grains and crust and the crumb is areated with medium to small air bubble
