  • La Baguette du Chef is areated and has irregular large to medium air bubble.
  • The crust is lightly crusty but remain fairly soft.
  • The crumb is airy with a light buttery color.
  • La Baguette Du Chef is only made by hand and is shorter than "La Baguette Traditon".
